The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The spa was very nice and the booking system means it’s not crowded. They have bikes available to use for free. the breakfast was very nice and food in the restaurant was also good quality. The decor is really pleasant and there’s a nice bar/ lobby area to sit in. The rooms were large with a small balcony and comfortable bed. short walk to the beach and local restaurants.

My stay at this hotel was amazing. It's a very clean environment, relaxing view and I absolutely enjoyed every bit of it. I needed a peaceful and relaxed holiday for my birthday. The hotel surprised me with a birthday cake and prosecco bottle which I taught was a great touch. Breakfast was delicious, very healthy, filling, and fresh. We had fresh fruits and juices every day and varieties of pastries, hot and cold. They kept on replenishing as it goes until the last minute for breakfast. The staff were very friendly, smiley, always willing to help and very informative. The location is perfect, right in the centre of a tourist location, surrender by other hotels. 10-15 min walk to the beach, a very calm and peaceful and relaxing environment.

Room was good value for money, comfortable and met my expectations. If you are there for a short break or business, this is the perfect stay. Other facilities like pool area, rooftop and restaurant wer superb; these were not too big but rather cozy.

We have stayed there for the third time. Again everything was just perfect. Very nice room with a fantastatic ocean view and a beautiful large terrace. Perfect service, nice staff, good breakfast. The room was equipped with everything you would need for a good stay. Comfortable beds, coffee machine, coffee tabs and water was refilled daily, plus a very good bottle of wine & fresh fruit basket as a welcome gift and on top a bottle of Champagne with sweets, for my husbands birthday. Thank you so much for that !!!

The prime energize is a nice hotel with a good location and with a lovely pool on the roof. The room was big and really clean. The breakfast buffet had everything you need and tasted good! I think this is the best (and most modern) hotel in Monte Gordo.

A gorgeous breakfast, unlikely the ‘noiser music’ w/ plates, cups and whatsoever stuff! A shortly but comforts room. A very much refreshing ‘tank’ in the roof,supposedly, cause haven’t used. The availability & staff good willing to help.

All the premises were really nice and clean, good amenities with rituals products. the weather was a bit chilly so we used the SPA a lot. The breakfast was also really nice with fresh orange juice wit the amazing local oranges. Very close do the beach.
